Atty. Felipe Vicente A. Velasco is a Filipino, 72 years old, a CPA/Lawyer by profession. He graduated with Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Notre Dame University Cotabato City. He also finished Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Adamson University College of Law Manila. He obtained her Certificate of Good Governance in 2015. He has been one of the Bank’s independent directors since April 27, 2015 and was appointed as the Board Chairman on April 27, 2018. He is also a member of the Audit Committee. He was formerly employed at Solidbank (1970- 1973), PNB (1973-1974), and was connected with BPI Family Savings Bank for 32 years, started in 1974 until he retired as Senior Manager in the year 2006. He was connected with the Dept. of Justice from 2006-2014. He was Prosecutor III when he retired and currently a practicing lawyer under his own law firm. 

Katherine L. Olmedo is a Filipino, 44 years old. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts and Advertising at Holy Spirit College. She obtained her Certificate of Good Governance in year 2008. She has been a director of RBAI for eleven (11) years starting August 2011. She is the Chairman of the Executive Committee. She was engaged as the Business Development Consultant of RBAI in year 2013. She serves as a Director of Crownland Resources, Inc. a family-owned corporation.

Cristina L. Noblejas is a Filipino, 43 years old. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Business Management at St. Paul College, Manila. She obtained her Certificate of Good Governance in year 2002. She has been a director of RBAI for nineteen (19) years starting November 2002. She is a member of the Executive Committee. She was engaged as the Executive Secretary to the President in RBAI in year 2004. She serves as a Director of Crownland Resources, Inc. a family-owned corporation.

Narmo Dennis G. Noblejas, Jr. is a Filipino, 45 years old. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Beda University. He obtained her Certificate of Good Governance in year 2020. He started his directorship on December 17, 2019 and was appointed as the Chairman of the Credit Committee. He is also a member of the Executive Committee. He worked at Quedan & Rural Credit Guarantee Corporation from year 2002 to 2003 and had also worked at Philippine National Bank (PNB) from year 2003 up to 2008. He was RBAI’s VP/Chief Finance Officer from June 29, 2012 until June 28, 2019. He also served as the Bank’s VP/Chief Operations Officer from June 2019 until he availed early retirement in December 2020. He is the President of Crownland Resources, Inc., a family corporation from year 2009 to present.

Atty. Carissa Agnes O. Enerio is a Filipino, 41 years old, a Lawyer by profession. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Management with minor in International Business from Ateneo de Manila University and finished Juris Doctor from the same school in year 2006. She obtained her Certificate of Good Governance in year 2020. She started her directorship on December 17, 2019 and was appointed as the Board Vice-Chairman. She is also a member of the Audit Committee. She is an in-house legal counsel of ABS-CBN Corporation and have worked at various law firms. Atty. Enerio also worked as legal counsel head for Digital Retail Banking and Data Protection Officer for ING Bank N.V.-Manila Branch.

Eleanor D. Sioson is a Filipino, 67 years old. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Commerce major in Marketing at the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) in the year 1976. She obtained her Certificate of Good Governance in year 2015. She has been one of the Bank’s independent directors since April 27, 2015 and was appointed as the Board Audit Committee Chairman. She is also a member of the Executive Committee. She was connected with BPI Family Savings Bank for 30 years, from 1985 until year 2015 when she retired as Relationship Manager. 

The dedicated Chief Compliance/Risk Officer of the Bank. She started her career as Compliance Officer when BSP formally confirmed her appointment in May 12, 2012. Her extensive experience in bank operation with her previous employers qualified her to her current position as Vice Pres- Compliance/Risk Officer. Ms.Lallie, as she is fondly called by her colleagues in the bank, was connected with BPI Family Savings Bank from year 1976 to 2002, a total of twenty six (26) years of exposure, trainings and experience in branch operation. Her early years at BPI Family Savings Bank were exposed to Branch Control Operation and eventually as Branch Relationship Manager, managing the branch’s preferred clients. She is a BPI Certificate holder of the prestigious BPI Professional Training Program titled Bank Officer Training Program. When she retired from BPI in year 2002, she was engaged as Agency Manager at Prudential Life Plans, Inc., marketing the company’s pre-need plans, recruit and trained agents until year 2006. She was hired as Branch Manager of Country Rural Bank of Taguig from year 2006 to 2010. During her stint with BPI Family Savings Bank, she represented the branch as member of Rotary Club of Cainta. Upon retirement from the Bank, she forgo her membership at Rotary Club of Cainta were she was the President/Elect at that time. Currently, she is active member and director of Divine Mercy Center of St. John Paul II Foundation, Inc.

Clarissa C. Dalope is a Filipino, 39 years old. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Pangasinan in Dagupan City. She was assigned as Bank Accountant from January, 2015 to November, 2016. On December 01, 2016, she was appointed as the Bank Internal Auditor. In September, 2017, she was appointed as Associate Compliance Officer concurrent to her position as Internal Auditor. On April 27, 2018, she was appointed as RBAI’s Corporate Secretary. On July 17, 2019, BSP approved her appointment as Head of Internal Audit of Rural Bank of Antipolo. She underwent various seminars to hone her skills on internal audit and compliance system.
